TIM PERSONELL, VISITORS AND GUEST
We collect basic information about you by asking you to sign and fill up our Guest/Visitor logbook and requiring you to deposit a proof of identity (ID) for verification purposes. For those with vehicles, we take note of your vehicle plate number and ask you to show your driver’s license or any other valid ID for verification.
For security purposes, TIM facilities and its surrounding premises are monitored by CCTV (Closed Circuit Television Cameras which captures, records and share to relevant department footages which determine your identity, actions and whereabouts. Your footage may be recorded for a longer duration and processed other manners if it may be used to or involve in a security matter.
By entering the premises, you agree to the capture, recording, processing and sharing of all information directly and indirectly obtained by the CCTV cameras.
USE
All information collected is stored securely and protected. The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes within the TIM and is not shared with any outside parties. Recorded information is used primarily to help keep the site safe and secure. In addition, it may also be used for bug tracking, investigations relating to a security or data breach, and usage statistics.
For TIM Website, the third parties who maintain or manage websites store their collected information in their own designated servers or data centers. Protection and security is also provided.
If we need to use any collected information that constitutes personal data for purposes not compatible with those listed here, we will inform you prior to such use and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
PROTECTION MEASURE
